The Hayloft is a wonderful barn conversion resting on the outskirts of Ross-on-Wye in Herefordshire. Hosting three bedrooms; a king-size, double, and a twin, along with a family bathroom and shower room, this property can sleep up to six people. Inside you will also find a sitting room with a wood burner and an open plan living area with kitchen, breakfast bar, dining and seating area. To the outside is roadside parking for two cars and a front and side lawned garden with patio, furniture, barbecue. Situated in a beautiful location with much to see nearby, The Hayloft is an attractive cottage in a lovely part of England. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: The owner can provide logs with an honesty box system. Note: There is a very low door on the first floor between the king-size bedroom and the sitting room but there is a second staircase from the open plan area up to the sitting room avoiding the low doorway. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
