Orchard View is a detached holiday home situated close to Pembridge in Herefordshire. It comes with three bedrooms which are made up of a super king-size, a king-size and a single room, there is also a bathroom and a cloakroom, the property sleeps five guests. Its interior also includes a kitchen/diner, a utility and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside you will find plenty of off-road parking, along with lawns and a patio with furniture, a fire pit, a barbecue and a hot tub. Orchard View is a characterful cottage for families or friends to enjoy all-year-round.

Enclosed rear lawned garden and patio with furniture, BBQ, fire pit, ping-pong table and hot tub. Two well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2.5 miles. Note: Dogs must be on a lead at all times when outside due to livestock. Note: Cottage is on the owners working family farm. Note: Customers are required to provide their own wood for the hot tub. This can be bought locally or from the owners directly.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
