Mainly ground-floor. Two bedrooms; 1 x bedroom with super king size bed, 1 x mezzanine twin bedroom. Bathroom with walk-in shower, separate bath, basin and WC. Wet room with shower and WC. Kitchen/dining room. Sitting room with woodburning fire. Please note that due to the current situation, the owner is advising that guests will need to bring bathroom towels with them. Willow Lodge is a superb base resting within the village of South Cave. Within the ground-floor accommodation, you will find a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is also a family bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, freestanding bath, basin and WC. Moving through the property, you will find a spacious sitting room with a woodburning fire, leading into a kitchen/diner. Outside, you will find a sheltered hot tub area and a lawn space with football nets. Guests will also have access to a large fishing lake and ample off-road parking. Willow Lodge is a superb property resting within the village of South Cave.

Use of lake for fishing (must bring your own license and equipement) and walking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking (including outdoor areas). Shop within 0.4 miles and pub within 1.3 miles. Please note: This property do not accept hen/stag or similar parties. Please note: This property accepts no more than 4 people including infants. Note: Mezzanine second bedroom has a sloping roof. Please note: The property will have a Christmas tree and Christmas decoration from first week of December.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
