The living areas in the property consist of a ground-floor open-plan living area with a kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, dining seating for four, and a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite bathroom, and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a decked balcony with furniture and hot tub, as well as off-road parking. Within 2.8 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. This is a pet-free property. Lodge 5 is a splendid property, perfect for a group retreat to Dorset. Note: Infants are included in total party number and cots and highchairs will be ten pounds each per stay. Note: Please call to arrange key collection if you will be arriving after 6pm.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
