Fully double-glazed and insulated, the living areas in this single-storey property consist of a studio-style layout with double bed, kitchenette equipped with combi microwave/oven, 2-ring ceramic hob, fridge with ice box, kettle and a toaster, a dining area and a sitting area with woodburning stove. There is also a shower room. Outside there is a private front gravelled area with furniture, charcoal barbeque and a wood-fired hot tub. Travel cot available, on request. Within 3 miles you will find a shop and within 3.3 miles, a pub and please note that one well-behave dog is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two Moors Shepherds Hut is a lovely base for a romantic getaway in Devon. Note: There is a gap underneath the gate, please ensure dogs are supervised. Note: Guests will need to convert the dining area into the bed themselves. Note: Babes in arms welcome, guests will need to bring their own high chair. Note: There are three steps up to the entrance. Note: The final 100m approach to the property is accessed via a stone track which might not be suitable for cars with a low chassis.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
