Hazel Barn is a delightful wing of the owners' Grade II listed farmhouse, forming part of a group of properties positioned around a traditional cobbled courtyard. There are five bedrooms, including a king-size double with an en-suite shower room, along with a double bedroom with an en-suite and a first floor bathroom. The living accommodation includes a kitchen with a feature AGA, a double-oven and a dining area, along with a separate sitting room with a woodburner. Outside, there is a shared utility room, a shared games room with table tennis, a pool table, table football and air hockey. Also outside you'll find a private, enclosed garden, plus six acres of shared grounds including a play area with bouncy castle (weather permitting), a trampoline, swings and slides. Hazel Barn is the perfect cottage for all the family!

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent Oct-March; at other times of year fuel for stove can be purchased locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent; hot tub towels are not provided. Travel cot and highchair available on request. 3 parking spaces in shared off-road car park situated approximately 30 metres from the property. Private 6-person hot tub overlooking the valley. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture and barbecue. Shared use of 6-acre site. Shared external games room with table tennis, pool table, table football and TV with PS2 and games. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: One of the double bedrooms and both twins have sloping ceilings. Note: The property is over three floors, with 8 steps from ground floor to first floor level and then a further 8 steps to second floor level. Note: This property is in a rural location, accessed by country lanes that are single track in some places. Whilst all parties are welcome at the property, guests should be made aware of the quiet, rural nature of the location and consideration should be given to the other guests and properties on-site. Due to the government rule of 6, the prices have been reduced to allow a smaller party to stay at the property, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms available to you, until 22/12/2020

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
