Inside you will also find a kitchen, dining room, and a sitting room. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars, a lawned garden to the front, and rear garden with picnic bench and barbecue, 130-acre natural grounds and orchard with terrace sun loungers (shared with owner and other properties on-site). There is also a shared outdoor heated swimming pool. Resting in a wonderful location with pleasant views, Garden Cottage is a unique retreat in a memorable part of England.

Lawned garden to the front, with picnic bench. 130-acre natural grounds and orchard (shared with owner and other properties on-site). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Outdoor heated swimming pool (shared with other properties on-site, 4.5m x 9.1m, depth 1.2m-1.5m, open 10am-evening mid May-mid September). Toddler pool (shared, 3m x 2.7m, depth 0.5m, open 10am-evening mid May-mid September). Note: Steps up to the entrance, and steps between rooms. Note: The pool is available from mid-May to mid-September. Note: Check-in time 4pm. Note: Use of the pool will be by allocated time only whilst social distancing is in place. Note: Due to swimming pool, children must be supervised at all times. Note: This cottage does not accept stag/hen parties

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
