Outside you'll find an enclosed lawned garden, plus access to six acres of the owner's site with children's play area with trampoline, bouncy castle, swings and slide, along with a shared games room with table tennis, pool table and hockey table. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent; hot tub towels are not provided. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Ample off-road parking. Private 6-person hot tub overlooking the valley. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture and barbecue. Shared use of 6-acre site. Shared external games room with table tennis, pool table, table football and TV with PS2 and games. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: One of the double bedrooms and both twins have sloping ceilings. Note: The property is over three floors, with 8 steps from ground floor to first floor level and then a further 8 steps to second floor level. Note: This property is in a rural location, accessed by country lanes that are single track in some places. Whilst all parties are welcome at the property, guests should be made aware of the quiet, rural nature of the location and consideration should be given to the other guests and properties on-site. Due to the government rule of 6, the prices have been reduced to allow a smaller party to stay at the property, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms available to you, until 22/12/2020
Price Information
All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
