Yes Deer is a single-storey pod with studio layout consisting of a kitchen with combi oven/microwave/grill with dynamic crisp function, 2-ring electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dining space for two, and sitting area with Smart TV, plus a king-size bed, separate shower room. Outside there is a non-enclosed patio with furniture and hot tub, plus off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.8 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, and please note this is a smoke-free and pet-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Sorry, this property does not accept children. Note: This property does not allow stag, hen, or party bookings. Note: This property can't accept bookings starting on a Sunday. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
