Wansfell View is a detached, single-storey cottage set on Limefitt Holiday Park, near the village of Troutbeck in the Lake District National Park. This cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of one king-size double with en-suite shower room, a double and a twin, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed decked area with furniture, hot tub and barbecue. Wansfell View is an ideal base for visiting many areas of the Lake District, at any time of year.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed, front decked area with hot tub, furniture and barbecue. Shared use of on-site outdoor games area and children's play area, laundry facilities and pony trekking at additional charge. On-site shop and pub 0.2 miles. Note: Property accessed via four external steps. Note: One well behaved dog; Any damage caused by your dog is to be reported immediately and any mess is to be cleaned up immediately. Note: Prior to leaving the property on checkout day, please ensure the lodge is left completely tidy; The house keeping clean the lodge only. Note: No parties to be held within the lodge. Note: No smoking in the lodge or on the decking. Note: Only disposable BBQs are to be used.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
