The living areas in the four-storey, mid-terrace house consist of a kitchen/diner hosting an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for eight people, a Smart TV, and a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a Smart TV. Five bedrooms consist of a second-floor king-size with a sitting area and an en-suite shower room, a second-floor king-size with an en-suite wet room, a king-size with an en-suite wet room, a king-size with a sitting area and Jack-and-Jill access to the bathroom, and a king-size; all bedrooms feature Smart TVs. Cellar with games room and Cinema Room with 72 inch Smart tv, Outside, there is an enclosed rear yard with patio, hot tub and furniture, along with permit parking for two cars. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 mile, a pub. Please note that smoking is not welcome here. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
