Rum Bush Cottage is a semi-detached stone cottage located in the hamlet of Keisley near Dufton in Cumbria, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms, a double and a twin. The cottage provides upside down accommodation with the bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove on the first floor. Outside there is a raised decked area with hot tub and furniture and an enclosed lawned garden. The cottage also offers off road parking for two cars. With many lovely walks, picturesque villages and towns nearby, makes Rum Bush Cottage a wonderful base.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Raised balcony with decking, furniture and hot tub, enclosed lawned garden. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Property is on a working livestock farm. Note: There are two steps to front door. Note: Due to the raised balcony, children should be supervised at all times.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
