The living areas in the single-storey, detached lodge consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen housing an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four people, and a sitting area with an electric fire and Smart TV. There is a king-size with a TV and a twin, as well as a shower room. Outside, there is rear decking with furniture and a hot tub, as well as off-road parking for two cars. A shop and pub rest on site, along with a range of leisure facilities. Two well-behaved dogs are allowed, but smoking is not welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A relaxing stay awaits at Owls House Lodge. Note: There are a range of on-site facilities, including: a bar/restaurant, Costa Coffee, entertainment venue, takeaway, kids' clubs, adventure playground, multi-sports court, amusement arcade, indoor swimming pool, sauna/steam room, spa bath, convenience store, launderette, in-venue WiFi. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
