10 The Link is a detached lodge resting near Flookburgh in Cumbria. This all-ground-floor property comes with one double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, a double with TV and a twin (zip/link, can be made into king-size on request) with TV, together sleeping six people and served by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and a patio area with furniture and a hot tub. 10 The Link is a wonderful base for exploring this part of Cumbria.

Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. 4 x TVs and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car. South-facing decked patio area with seating, deck chairs and hot tub. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Site facilities are available, you can buy passes for these at the park reception. Note: Even though the lodge is all one level, there are a few steps up to the decking area and entrance. Shop within 0.1 miles, pub in 1.3 miles

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
