Four bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 family room with king-size bed and 2 '3ft x 6ft' cabin beds, 1 x twin, 1 x bunks. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor wet room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with sofa bed and wood burner.

Lakeside Cottage is a superb detached property close to the waters of Lake Windermere, a mile and a half from Newby Bridge. The cottage has two king-size double rooms, a twin room and a room with bunks. There is a family bathroom on the first floor, and a wet room on the ground floor, along with a kitchen with dining area, and a sitting room with sofa bed and woodburner. The property offers wonderful views from many windows, and spacious grounds with a private hot tub, patio and furniture, as well as ample off road parking and storage for bikes and boats. Lakeside Cottage makes a wonderful base for enjoying the attractions around Lake Windermere and beyond. Please note: No Saturday check-outs.

Lawned garden with hot tub, patio, furniture, fire pit/BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub/restaurant 2 mins walk. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
