NOTE: This lodge sleeps 6 adults and 2 children, the bunk beds are only suitable for children. All-ground-floor. Three bedrooms 1 x king-size with storage and TV, with en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, 1 x twin with storage and tv, 1 x bunk beds with storage and TV. Family bathroom with full size bath with shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen. Open-plan living space with sitting area and dining area

The living aras in the property consist of an open-plan living space with dining area for six people and sitting area with TV, a kitchen with an electric oven and grill, gas hob, microwave, fridge,freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedrooms consists of a king-size with shower room, a twin and children's bunk beds along with a family bathroom. Outside, there is a decking area, a hot tub and patio furniture and parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFu, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A stay at Lingmoor Lodge promises to be a holiday to remember for a long time.

Bed linen and towels incl in rent, (please bring your own leisure towels). Parking for one car at the lodge, public parking elsewhere on the park. Spacious decking area with barbecue stand (only suitable for disposable barbecues), two seating areas, patio furniture and hot tub. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.5 miles, pub 0.6 miles. Note: please note, use of hot tub is between 10am and 10pm only. Note: Please note that the charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at this lodge, the nearest charging point can be found at Booths Supermarket in Windermere. Note: Complimentary WiFi is provided by the park and subject to fair usage guidelines, Quality and reliability of connection will vary based on the number of people using it, prevailing weather conditions and therefore may be limited or slower than you are used to, WiFi is for personal use only and is not intended for high data usage, gaming and/or use for business purposes, This is only suitable for page browsing and sending emails, Bookings cannot be accepted if they are solely reliant on the provision of uninterrupted and unlimited Wi-Fi, We are not held responsible or liable for the WiFi on the park, If you encounter any issues with the WiFi, please contact White Cross Bay reception. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
