High Fellside Hall is a detached farmhouse near the town of Sedbergh in Cumbria. It has seven bedrooms, including A super-king size bed with an en-suite, a super-king size zip/link which can be twins on request, a super-king size bed which are ziplink and can be twin beds with a single bed and a single sofabed, a king size bed leading up to a pull-out stacker bed with an en-suite shower room, a king-size bed with a sofabed and en-suite shower room and a single room with a pullout stacker, there is also a bathroom, two shower rooms and a cloakroom, the property can sleep up to eighteen people. Also inside there is a kitchen, dining room, snug room with a woodburning stove, a sitting room with a multi-fuel stove, a leisure suite and a yoga area. To the outside there is off road parking for ten cars, lawned areas and three patios with furniture and a charcoal barbecue. High Fellside Hall is a fantastic property in a great rural location.

Bed linen, robes and towels inc. in rent, please bring own towels for swimming pool. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 10 cars. Formal gardens, lawned areas and three seperate seating areas including a south facing high level patio area with charcoal BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 3.5 miles, pub 8 mins walk. Note: The leisure suite is to be locked off when not in use. Children to be supervised at all times. Note: Check-in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am. Note: This property can be booked together with High View Barn from late spring and can sleep 34 people including 2 infants. Please note: The owner is able to assist with local contacts for cateters & suppliers. Please note: Sunday changeovers are not allowed on this property. Please Note: Due to the new Government legislation the price of this property has been reduced to accommodate smaller groups in line with the Rule of 6 regulations, as such, only the beds required will be made up and only the number of towels and robes per person will be left out, all other facilities will be available.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
