Over three floors. Five bedrooms: 1 x second-floor super-king-size with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x second-floor double, 1 x second-floor twin, 1 x second-floor bunk, 1 x ground floor king-size. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Second-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Cloakroom with basin and WC. Kitchen. Living/dining room with woodburning stove

The living areas include a kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, and a living/dining room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite shower, double, twin and a bunk, along with a bathroom, shower room and cloakroom. There is an additional double bedroom on the ground floor. To the outside is a garden patio with seating and off-road parking for three cars. Within 3.7 miles there is a shop, within 3.4 miles there is a pub. Please note that this is a smoking and pet free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A getaway to Dragonsfell is one you will be sure to never forget!

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
