About this property

Two bedrooms: 2 x double with ensuite corner shower, basin, WC, 1 x twin, family bathroom with over bath shower, basin, WC, spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area, patio doors lead to large outside gated deck with private hot tub. Cot & highchair provided. A BBQ slab is provided, please bring your own disposable BBQ and dispose of it responsibly.

Full gas central heating. Gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, feature electric fire, TV, DVD player, TVs in the bedrooms. Hot Tub - please note, use of hot tub is between 10am and 10pm only. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels incl in rent (please bring own beach towels) Parking for two cars. Sorry no smoking, two dogs welcome. Dogs are permitted on a small number of tables in the restaurant. Complimentary WiFi is provided by the park and subject to fair usage guidelines, Quality and reliability of connection will vary based on the number of people using it, prevailing weather conditions and therefore may be limited or slower than you are used to, WiFi is for personal use only and is not intended for high data usage, gaming and/or use for business purposes, This is only suitable for page browsing and sending emails, Bookings cannot be accepted if they are solely reliant on the provision of uninterrupted and unlimited Wi-Fi, We are not held responsible or liable for the WiFi on the park, If you encounter any issues with the WiFi, please contact White Cross Bay reception. Note: For use of the onsite facilities, a complex pass is required, these can be purchased from reception.

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
