The Cottage is a semi-detached cottage resting in Winston near Gainford in the Yorkshire Dales. Hosting three bedrooms; a king-size with TV and en-suite bathroom and two doubles with en-suite shower rooms, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is a kitchen/diner, sitting room and a snug. To the outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio area, sauna outhouse and wood-fired hot tub, while off-road parking is available. The Cottage is a stunning property, perfect for a getaway to the Dales.

Note: This property is an attached wing of the owner's home, accessed through a locked interconnecting door. Note: There is a separate outdoor entrance with a stone staircase to the first floor if guests don't feel comfortable using the spiral staircase. Note: There are riding stables next to the cottage. Note: Access to the property is via a one-mile narrow track, which is a bit rough in places, but isn't pot holed or rutted. Note: The wood burning hot tub can take up to 4 hours to heat up and needs to be started and maintained by yourselves during your stay, you need to stay with the fire once it is lit. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
