The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with double electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, utility, dining room with seating for eight, a sitting room with TV and electric fire, and a snug. The bedrooms consist of three doubles, two of which have an en-suite shower room, and a twin, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there is a rear garden with patio, furniture and hot tub, as well as off-road parking. Within 0.6 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1 mile, a pub. Sorry, no pets and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Adventure awaits at Ashtree. Note: There is currently building work taking place behind the property, please consider this when booking (minimal disturbance after 5pm Mon-Fri, weekends minimal to no disturbance and completion of phase 1 which is at the back of the property should be completed before Spring 2023). Woodfired hot-tub will be cleaned, prepared and heated for each new booking, a set amount of firewood is included in the booking, but extra firewood can be purchased from the owner prior to, or on arrival

Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
