Set across two floors and hosting two bedrooms, including a double with en-suite shower and a twin, along with a shower room, kitchen and living/ diner with woodburning stove. The kitchen contains an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. For entertainment, guests are provided with a TV and WiFi. Outside there is an off-road parking space for one car and an enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture and hot tub. The central heating is powered by electric and is included in the rental price, along with bed linen, towels and power; there is also a starter pack for woodburning stove. This property is pet-friendly but please ensure pets and young children are supervised. Please be mindful that smoking is not [permitted at the property. There is a shop within 0.6 miles and a pub within 0.1 miles, as well as a beach within 0.2 miles. Tir Cottage makes a terrific escape to Cornwall.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
