Riviera House consists of a kitchen equipped with oil-fired AGA, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher, a dining room with seating for ten guests and a sitting room with Smart TV and a woodburnings stove, a games room and a summer house. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with Smart TV and en-suite bathroom, a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with TV, a king-size with TV, a ground-floor king-size with TV and a twin with TV, along with two shower rooms. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, furniture, barbecue and hot tub, as well as ample off-road parking. Please note that two medium dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Riviera House is a fabulous getaway in Cornwall. Note: There is a pond in the grounds, please ensure children are supervised. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
