The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and wine chiller, and a living/dining room with seating for eight people, a TV and a electric fire. The property additionally enjoys shared access to an external games room with a full-size snooker table, pool table and dartboard, as well as an external table tennis room. The bedrooms consist of a double (zip/link, can be twin on request) with a TV and an en-suite bathroom, two more zip/link doubles with TVs and en-suite shower rooms, and a ground-floor zip/link double with a TV and an en-suite shower room, along with a cloakroom/utility with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Outside, there is a private rear garden with decking, lawn, hot tub, an outdoor tap for showering dogs, fire pit, barbecue and furniture, and shared grounds with patio, terrace, summerhouse, a children's play area, football pitch and furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.1 miles, you will find a shop, pub and a beach. Two well-behaved pets are welcome at the property, however, smoking is not permitted. A highchair and travel cot are also available. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
