Three bedrooms: 1 x ground-floor double with en-suite shower, basin, and WC, 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area

The open-plan living space includes an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV with Freeview, and dining seating. There are three bedrooms, including two doubles and one twin, serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is a patio with furniture and off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. This property accepts two pets however smoking is not allowed. Within 0.5 miles there is a shop and within 1.8 miles, there is a pub. Kerensa is a charming retreat in a great region of Cornwall. Note: Outdoor swimming pool is open from 1st April until 30th September.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
