Brookside is a homely upside down lodge set on the Honicombe Park Resort near Gunnislake in Cornwall and benefits from a range of on-site facilities including use of a swimming pool, gym and sauna. The lodge can sleep six people in three bedrooms and has a family bathroom as well as an additional shower room. The lodge features an open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting areas. Benefiting from a first floor south-facing balcony with furniture and countryside views, the lodge also has off road parking for one car. Brookside has walking in the Tamar Valley nearby as well as a wide variety of other activities and is ideal for a family or group of friends wishing to explore this spectacular area

Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio with hot tub and furniture, balcony with furniture and sun loungers. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Bar and restaurant on the resort open during main season. Note: Shared use of on-site leisure club at Honicombe Park (closed 25th December and 1st January only) including indoor heated pool, outdoor heated pool (May ? Sep inclusive), sauna, mini gym, outdoor chess and tennis courts. Note: Due to the balcony children must be supervised at all times.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
