Recently Refurbished. All-ground-floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size with TV, en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove

Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. TV with Freeview, DVD, fibre optic broadband WiFi. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Travel cot (no mattress) and highchair. Off-road parking for one car. Terrace with furniture and private hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, restaurant/pub on-site. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: Due to elevated terrace next to lake and due to other lakes on-site, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: barbecues are not to be brought to the site. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. Note: The TV in the bedroom has no terrestrial channels, only access to streaming services, such as Netflix. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
